PSI have an extensive knowledge library of 'what good looks like'. We use AI as an assistive tool to very quickly draw from this ever evolving, invaluable and entirely unique anonymised pool, giving us incite from decade's worth of learnings and typical successful top scoring Public Sector tender responses, from an array of industries, which we developed.
By combining our knowledge library with your bullet pointed solution / win themes, our tried and tested process delivers extremely strong and accurate first drafts, very efficiently, that align to industry best practice, and ensure scientific methodology to answering evaluation criteria, considering what Public Sector evaluators are expecting to see, and ensuring no major omissions.
The use of our AI / human hybrid process cuts out the dreaded slog of initial drafting and writer's block, that otherwise can consume 80% of your runway to get a response that is only 20% ready. PSI reverse this; we use 20% or less of the runway to get responses to you that are 80% ready, leaving the remaining runway to facilitate a meticulous Red Review iterative process – (which we do not currently advocate AI usage for). PSI do not leave anything to chance though.
Although we use AI to be efficient, this never replaces the human writer; at every step of our process for creating your initial drafts, our operatives sense check, and amend accordingly before handing over to our writers to develop further.
