Public Sector Insource (PSI) Ltd was founded in 2018 by industry expert, Dwayne Brook. In the 1990s Dwayne co-founded CNB Design Ltd - a successful Architectural Design & Project Management company, ultimately selling the company to a FTSE100 outsourcing giant, whom he then worked for as a Commercial Director for a number of years, overseeing billions of pounds worth of tenders on a multitude of public sector projects. He left to form PSI Ltd in 2018 where him and his team continue to contribute to the success of contracts worth billions to their clients.

The PSI business model is to augment capacity and capability in client teams (public sector and private to public providers (UK & International) by insourcing experts into the client organisation from board  level to project level.   Our vision is to add value by providing innovative and entrepreneurial commercial solutions to help clients reach their strategic aims quickly and efficiently.  Due to its business model PSI is not an outsourcer, not an agency and not a typical consultancy.

Since its formation PSI has supported over £4bn of successful tenders to UK Public Sector, successfully negotiated in excess of £100m disputes in ICT and FM/Construction contracts in the UK and internationally , helped create a joint venture, managed one acquisition and one business disposal and has led the design and delivery of a number of business cases.

​In April 2023 the company became a subsidiary of investment firm, PSI Asset Management Ltd, and continues to expand year on year as more and more public sector giants enlist the expertise of Public Sector Insource.
